Dexeus Mujer reports that all its medical services are already functioning normally
We inform you that, thanks to the rapid intervention of our Information Systems Department, and the external help of cybersecurity experts and consultants from government agencies, our servers and data management systems are operational again and, therefore we can now offer all of our services, and both visits and all medical tests are carried out normally.
Likewise, we inform you that we have not found any evidence that this incident has led to a loss or theft of data related to our medical activity or our patients, although this is an aspect that due to its sensitivity we will continue to analyze and monitor.
Currently, we are rescheduling all pending activity that has not been possible in recent days, so it is possible that the waiting time through the Call Center to request a visitation time or request tests will be lengthened. We apologize for the inconvenience, as we are receiving a large number of calls at the switchboard. We remind you that the patient app is operational again and that you can also use it to request a visitation time, as well as through our website.
We take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for their contribution to all the people who have helped us solve the problem, and especially to our patients for their understanding and ability to adapt to the changes that the situation has brought about.
